It’s everyone’s favorite time to make a resolution. The problem is that we have trouble keeping them. As we also know it is because we often are too ambitious in the goals we set for ourselves. The most important part of any goal setting is to break it down into small bites, so that we have a sense of being successful – because we are achieving our small bite-sized pieces that are a part of our larger goal. These “tips of the week” are small do-able bites that come to us each week. If you reflect and act on each of these suggestions, the Code will become more and more a part of your life. Developing our character is never a matter of doing good things for a day, but of developing habits day in and day out all our lives.
