Dau Jok and The Code

Dau Jok was born in the Sudan; his father was killed in the revolution when he was 6, and so with his mother and siblings he became a refugee – first in Uganda and eventually in the U. S. From that background of nothingness, Dau earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania, where he has become a campus leader focused on making the world a better place. More particularly, he has begun a Foundation named for his father to be an agent for the transformation of his native land. The Code says, “I will give of my time, skills, and money for the betterment of my community and world.” How committed are you and is your team to making this world a better place?
